I’m a big fan of clothing and outfits that could be worn repeatedly for different occasions and I love how versatile these dresses are! This purple dress is made of a flowy material and it has the most beautiful movement when walking (or dancing!). I always find Karen Millen clothing to be so unique with the most beautiful details and this dress is no exception! This dress is lined, has a key hole cutout at the neckline, cap sleeves, and an asymmetrical hem. In other words, no detail went over looked, I would expect nothing less from Karen Millen!
I often get asked for wedding guest dress recommendations for different types of wedding venues, such as a winery, hotel, garden, or barn, and I think this dress is so versatile and could be worn to almost any type of wedding venue! I’m wearing it here with gold metallic slingback heels, which is a nod to one of the biggest trends this spring/summer: metallic! This dress also could be worn with beige colored or black sandals or heels! This dress could be worn to other occasions, such as a baby shower or graduation and it could be worn more casually with espadrille wedge sandals! (P.S. This dress also comes in a marigold color!)
You can never go wrong wearing a little black dress to an event! This black dress is absolutely stunning, I feel like the picture is not doing it justice! This dress has a one shoulder with ruffle details going across the shoulder, it has a subtle slit on one side, and it is made of a structured material that is very comfortable! This is such a classic black dress but with a modern and sophisticated twist! This dress would be perfect to wear for a wedding, engagement party, dinner, or date night! I also love that it could be worn all year round and could be worn for a holiday party or New Year’s Eve!
