Ohh, the struggle to dress for the office during the cold weather months! Just walking into work, whether it be from the subway or your car, can seem like the longest (and coldest!) minutes EVER! But good news! I have you covered! Today I’m sharing with you cold weather office outfits that will keep you stylishly warm throughout the upcoming months.
I am a big fan of wearing layers during this time of year. I usually wear a sweater with a collared shirt underneath and usually a thermal shirt for even more warmth! I am also a huge (I mean, HUGE!) fan of black tights! A simple black pair provides an extra layer of warmth for those skirts and dresses, not to mention they elevate an outfit and make it look that much more polished and chic!
When I grabbed this cashmere sweater to try on I told myself that I wouldn’t get it because of the price tag but when I tried it on I just had to make an exception! This sweater is incredibly soft, it’s fitted without being too fitted (if that makes any sense!), and the button details on the sleeve are so cute and unique! This sweater is a little pricey for me but I know that I’ll get good use out of it and the price per wear will make it well worth the investment! I’m all about the price per wear and I know I’ll wear this one often because the neutral color will go with so many skirts, pants, and jeans that I already own and because of the light color I’ll be able to wear it from fall to spring. Since it is a classic sweater it will never go out of style so I’ll be wearing this beauty year after year, be prepared to see it a lot on my Instagram!
